What started out as “concrete jungle that’s just too hot to use” became a home resort showplace of outdoor rooms.
We totally removed the old kidney shaped pool and replaced it with a contemporary, clean line design complete with Baja shelf, sheer waterfalls, all tile Hydro-therapy spa, built in table and swim up spa bar. The outdoor living room is upgraded with a custom split faced Travertine stone outdoor fireplace flanked by refrigerator and custom cabinetry. We adorned the yard with hand carved all-natural Cantera stone pottery, columns, and a custom fountain (Cantera stone requires frequent sealing or it ages quickly, something our clients were not happy about).
The 400 square foot Cabana pool house includes a full bath, laundry room, outdoor kitchen and imported Italian Pizza Oven. Craning in the 3,500-pound oven was quite a sight! The luxurious outdoor room is wrapped with a 16-foot-long cast concrete bar-top hand seeded with recycled beer bottle glass that has been polished to a smooth as glass finish.
The pool interior finish sparkles with Pebble Technologies “Pebble Brilliance” Tropicana. The features are run by an energy efficient Hayward Omni Logic controlled system.
