Simply Tranquil Scene

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Frank, who was our construction boss on the job, and his crew. Top to bottom, the team was so pleasant and responsive on every stage of the project. There’s an obvious culture of professionalism and quality of work: Salvador on the concrete, Fernando on the tiles, Angel & Anner on landscaping and Guillermo as the assistant supervisor pitching in where needed.

As the project progressed the team would check in daily and provide recommendations based on their expertise, even if the original design or our materials selection said something else, which we totally appreciated because we obviously have less experience seeing the parts come together; that and things always look different in real life than in our heads.

No project is without the occasional hiccup, but Frank was always on top of it and made sure things were finished properly. If you have the pleasure of having Frank oversee your project you should have a ton of confidence in the work being done.

If I have any constructive feedback it’s the project management could’ve been a bit smoother, but that seemed like an area that was getting better with recent hires.
