The shower scene includes a 12-foot shower falling 8 feet down from the rear patio cover. The droplets emulate rainfall and look and sound terrific. The falls create the focal point views off the vista sliding windows and enhance the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that everybody craves. The entry utilizes the same materials Toll Brothers used on the façade. By using the same materials, our projects look like they were designed and built along with the original construction. The idea is that it should look unforced, like it was always part of the original house plan. We are often surprised when other contractors use completely unrelated materials on their jobs. Our work stands out because we invest the advanced planning and design time to select the right combination and special order the materials so the completed job coordinates with style.
The pool interior was finished off with an upgraded Pebble Technologies “Pebble Brilliance” finish that mixes glass beads with mini-pebbles to create a sparkling swimming pool.
Water clarity and healthy water were a big concern for this client who is employed in the medical profession. We added a high powered Ozonator with UV light water sanitation system that kills all viruses and creates a safe swimming experience for the entire family.
