At the front of the home, a PHTA award-winning 40-foot custom water feature sets the stage—its hand-crafted marble comb waterfall and tiered spillways creating movement, sound, and a striking sense of arrival as guests approach the entry.
A cast-in-place concrete bridge spans the feature with sculptural elegance, guiding visitors toward a welcoming fire-and-water courtyard. Fragrant shade plantings and custom concrete pottery frame the path, softening the architecture and creating a lush, sensory transition from street to sanctuary.
In the backyard, the design shifts into full resort mode. A custom swimming pool anchors the space with deck jets, an 8-foot rainfall feature, and glowing fire bowls that transform the evening atmosphere. The spa features a polished concrete swim-up bar embedded with crushed abalone glass, an artistic detail that adds shimmer and texture while reflecting sunlight by day and ambient lighting by night.
For this food-loving family, the wood-fired pizza oven becomes the heart of the entertaining experience, bringing authentic fire-roasted flavor to every gathering. A freestanding outdoor kitchen pavilion overlooks the pool and features a rainfall water curtain that cools the space naturally while adding a captivating visual layer.
