This contemporary remodel took a boring outdated concrete jungle and turned it into a modern masterpiece! The home-owner was enthusiastic about creating impressive curb appeal and so the name for the project just came naturally; “Curb your Enthusiasm”.
We demolished the old driveway, brickwork and entry landings and replaced it with modern lineal plank pavers, cast concrete, ceramic tiles and stepping pads, all in 50 shades of gray. The client wanted to keep the front Pepper and Olive trees and challenged us to come up with a way to make them look like they were always part of the plan. The focal water feature artfully encompasses the Pepper tree and matches the scale of the front entry. Five copper cannon scuppers spill into an all tile water feature that lights beautifully at night. It’s important that water features look good, but they also need to sound good too and this feature accomplishes just that. As you approach the property visitors enjoy the sounds of water and the visual eye candy of the contemporary water fountain.
The custom mailbox supports a floating pot design, one of our signature, sought after designs.
Our client says neighbors stop and photograph his home all the time. It’s a real compliment to our design build work.
