This Porter Ranch Toll Brothers “Avila” home was the perfect setting for another Green Scene masterpiece. The stunning backdrop was already set by the surrounding Santa Susana mountains, and this home needed a backyard worthy of the view. The Green Scene Landscaping & Swimming Pools turned an already majestic scene into a hilltop masterpiece with the addition of front landscaping and hardscaping.
A clean line, contemporary pool levelled up the yard, creating a modern backyard oasis. Guests can relax in the all-tile spillway spa, taking in the scene in intimate and private luxury. A built-in pool table with a chessboard top provides another gathering place surrounded by soothing sounds of the cascading wall rainfall in the background.
The party can easily transition from day to night as Bistro lights and LED lighting illuminate the view and create a sparkling spectacle against the darkening sky. As the evening winds to a close, guests can gather around a large fire pit with a built-in table and enjoy this clients amazing hospitality as she is a great cook!
