The Green Scene’s professional staff runs under creative direction and professional expertise or landscape designer Scott Cohen. Mr. Cohen carries active General, Landscape and Swimming Pool Contractors licenses # 340258 B, C-27 and C-53. Together, the team creates landscape and construction designs and plans using 3D visualization tools and an AutoCAD-based computer program.
The office staff includes an Estimator, Graphic Design Specialist, Permit Coordinator, Office and Project Manager, Public Relations Manager, Accountant, and an Illustrator. We work together to coordinate every aspect of your project, from photographing and measuring your property, to creating perspective drawings, creating plans with our AutoCAD computer system, creating proposals and contracts, obtaining permits, getting HOA approval (when necessary), and coordinating all phases of construction.
