Multi-Tiered Stone and Tile Backyard Retreat

I  hired Scott Cohen of The Green Scene to create our dream backyard, and Boy did he deliver!  I bought a house 10 yrs ago knowing that I hated the backyard, but that one day I would make it Gorgeous.  I interviewed many contractors, but I kept coming back to Scott’s online design portfolios, and books.  They are like nothing else out there.  Scott came up with the most Brilliant backyard concept from our wish list and interview, and hit it way out of the park!  We could not love it more.  His team worked SO HARD everyday.  They are such talented and nice workers.  I was amazed everyday after they created another piece of my Backyard Plan.  Jorge, Mario, Jose, Eric and all of the team were so nice and Oh so talented.  Scott remodeled the pool from a cement rectangle design to an Elegant infinity pool, where most contractors would not even know where to start.  He also created an outdoor fireplace for us that I cannot take my eyes off of.  We visit our new backyard paradise daily, because we cannot get enough of it.  When friends, family and neighbors come by, they are always so complimentary of the new yard.  Scott Cohen built for us a remodeled pool with fire pots on either side, a new larger dining patio, and also added additional patio space with a custom gorgeous fireplace, walking over water step pads, a bridge, and remodeled our UGLY barbecue area to an outdoor kitchen including fiber optic lighting within the counter tops!  If you can dream it, Scott can design it, and his team can build it.  The Green Scene is Amazing!  We have way more sitting and entertaining areas now then our original yard plan.  The Biggest complaint that we here from people, is that they have a hard time figuring out where they want to sit.  So, they try them all!  It’s a lot of fun.  The project took 2 months over the original estimate, but after adding more features and details.  I waited 10 years for the yard to be remodeled, and the project took 6 1/2 months to complete, which I will admit was not easy.  Construction never is.  But, looking at the BIG PICTURE, 6 1/2 months to achieve the Paradise I see now everyday.  It was well worth it.  Nothing worth waiting for is ever built overnight.  I can tell you honesty, that Scott Cohen and The Green Scene have EXCEEDED our expectations, and we could not be more thrilled with the remodeled backyard, which we escape to on a daily basis.
